Enhanced Maintenance Program
Regular maintenance and care of your unit is crucial to ensuring the optimal Aquafire experience. This convenient program is available to Residential and Commercial customers. It allows you to take advantage of our nationwide network of professionally trained technicians to perform the recommended maintenance for your Aquafire Fireplace. If still within warranty, this program is designed to meet all the maintenance requirements of our Limited Factory Warranty.

What does Maintenance include?
- Complete Aquafire system flush with a descaling solution
- Rinse and descale all Mist Makers
- Remove excess buildup from interior tanks
- Complete electrical systems check to ensure lights, fans and electrical components are operating normally
- Dust and clean debris from the inside and outside of the Aquafire
- Peace of mind
How do I schedule a Maintenance Visit?
Let us handle that for you! Once the Enhanced Maintenance Program is purchased, a blueprint is created with suggested timelines for your Aquafire Maintenance.
2 weeks before your suggested Maintenance, an Aquafire Customer Experience Specialist will reach out to set an actual maintenance day and time that works with your schedule. No need to keep track, we've got you covered!
If you think you need a cleaning before that time, please reach out to us at ces@aquafire.com. We are happy to create a personalized schedule based on your Aquafire Installation.
What does the Enhanced Maintenance Program not cover?
Service and repairs that fall outside of the scheduled cleanings. Examples include:
- Warranty Part Replacements
- Non-Warranty Part Replacements
