Which Aquafire model is right for me?
Aquafire Pro is the flagship: 30+ LED flame colors, up to 20 hours per fill, built-in direct plumbing, and control from the AFIRE app or your home automation. Aquafire Original has natural orange flames, up to 20 hours per fill and an optional Direct Plumb Kit. Aquafire Lite is the compact, entry-level model, with up to 10 hours per fill in sizes from 16" to 60". All three run on tap water, with no gas or venting.
How long can an Aquafire water vapor fireplace be?
Single units come in 20", 40" and 60" widths, and the Lite also in 16". For a longer linear fire, two Aquafire Pro or two Aquafire Original units are installed side by side as one continuous flame: 80" (40" + 40"), 100" (60" + 40") or 120" (60" + 60"). The Lite can't be ganged, so it goes up to 60".
What is the AquafireBox firebox?
The AquafireBox is a modular steel firebox, made in the USA and designed for Aquafire inserts to simplify installation. The builder sizes it to your flame: a 32", 52" or 72" box, plus a 20" expansion box for each extra 20" of a ganged fire. Lite builds include an adapter plate.
Which logs fit my fireplace?
Aquafire Logs are faux wood log sets with hand-painted ember accents, handcrafted in the USA. They come in 20" sections, and the builder adds the right sections for your flame, with one set per fireplace on ganged installations.
Can Aquafire connect to a water line?
Aquafire Pro has direct plumbing built in. The Original connects with the optional Direct Plumb Kit, available with or without a Vapor Pure water softener. Direct plumbing isn't available for the Lite.
When will my Aquafire ship?
In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days, and most orders arrive 7–10 business days after dispatch. The builder shows an estimated ship date for your exact build before you add it to your cart, including any backordered parts. Shipping is free on US orders over $999.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you pay for eligible orders in monthly installments, subject to approval. The builder shows an estimated monthly payment under your total.
Can I share my build with my dealer or designer?
